ADHD

ADHD, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, is common in most adults. What most people don’t understand about ADHD is that it affects more than just your ability to focus on work and personal projects; it also affects your ability to think in a straight line. Most people with ADHD also have a tie to depression and anxiety. If you have a mixture of all three of these mental health issues then overcoming you mental health issues will be a bit more complex. For example, if you are depressed, you’re already thinking in a negative space, on top of that you can’t focus and your thoughts are disorganized making it harder for one to get to a positive enough space in their head to go get help.
